Repair Warranty
We stand behind every repair.
If the same problem comes back after we fix it, we come back and make it right. Here’s exactly what that means, in plain English.
01
Coverage at a glance
Labor
90 days
On every repair we perform, from a T1 switch to an S4 sealed system rebuild. Starts the day the repair is completed.
Parts
Manufacturer's warranty
Parts we install carry their manufacturer's warranty, which varies by part. We handle the claim for you. The coverage term for each part is noted on your invoice.
02
What's covered, and what isn't
Covered
- The same failure returning within 90 days of the repair
- Our workmanship on the repair we performed
- Labor to replace a part we installed that fails under its manufacturer's warranty
- The return visit for a covered issue, with no diagnostic charge
Not covered
- A different, unrelated failure on the same appliance
- Damage from misuse, accidents, power surges, flooding or pests
- Appliances moved, altered or repaired by anyone else after our visit
- Repairs you declined or deferred when we recommended them
- Consumables such as water filters and light bulbs
- Cosmetic damage
Diagnosis Guarantee
Our call was wrong? You don't pay for it.
If we replace a part based on our diagnosis and it doesn't fix the problem, you aren't charged for that part or the labor to install it. We keep working until we find the real cause, and you only pay for the repair that actually fixes it.
03
We source every part
We install OEM parts sourced by us, so we know where they came from and can stand behind the repair. For that reason we don’t install parts supplied by the customer. Online parts can be counterfeit, wrong-revision or already damaged, and there’s no way to warranty a repair built on them.
