Service Agreement Summary

  • The $129 diagnostic fee is charged at booking and credited toward your repair if you approve the quote.
  • A written quote is provided before any repair work begins. You are never obligated to proceed.
  • If you decline the repair, the $129 covers the diagnostic visit — no additional charges.
  • Appointments are confirmed by email. We reserve the right to reschedule due to parts availability or technician availability.
  • Repairs are warranted for 90 days on parts and labor unless otherwise stated in writing.
